"Models were spot on"
Umm, the models were really good quality and matched the preview well. Overall, I was happy with how they turned out.

"Licensing details could be easier to figure out"
turbosquid has plenty of solid 3D models, but the licensing info can be a bit confusing. I was trying to figure out what I could use commercially and what the limits were, and it took more digging than I expected. I also got transferred around when I tried to get help, which was annoying because I just wanted a straight answer. It’s not a terrible experience overall, but when you’re in a hurry, the rules really should be clearer and easier to spot

"Support was quick and easy to deal with"
I had a small issue with a download and just had a feeling it would be worth reaching out instead of trying to figure it out myself. Glad I trusted my instinct because support got back to me way faster than I expected and fixed it without making things complicated. Really happy with how it was handled.

"I’ve picked up a few 3D models..."
I’ve picked up a few 3D models from TurboSquid now , and the download process has been smooth every time . The files came through quickly , and I didn’t run into anything missing or corrupted . Even the bigger files downloaded fine , they just took the normal amount of time you’d expect . Overall , it was simple and straightforward , which is really all I was looking for

"Nice textures and an easy process overall"
The materials worked well for the most part, and the textures looked good. A few materials needed a little tweaking, but the whole process was easy and straightforward, so overall I was happy with the experience

"Good model, but the FBX gave me trouble"
I downloaded the FBX and had mixed feelings about it. The model itself seemed fine, but when I opened it in Blender, the textures were broken, which was frustrating. I was able to poke around and try to fix things, but I was hoping it would work a bit more smoothly right away.

"Refund process was kind of a hassle"
I ran into an issue with a model and the refund/dispute process felt Slow and a bit one-sided. Support did reply, so it wasn’t like I was totally ignored, but I didn’t really feel Heard either. They helped a little, but I still ended up frustrated and annoyed by the whole thing.

"Easy to browse, but the search issues feel avoidable"
I was able to find the models quickly, so browsing overall was easy. The filters just felt a little messy and harder to use than they needed to be, which seems avoidable.
